At PJ's Coffee of New Orleans, we pride ourselves on the quality of our small-batch roasts; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we offer returns or exchanges on non-perishable merchandise and unopened coffee bags within 30 days of purchase.

Email our guest services team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all merchandise is unused and coffee bags remain factory-sealed.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our New Orleans facility inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
